1.1 - All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
1.2 - When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
1.3 - Once we have reviewed your order we will e-mail you again to confirm that we have dispatched your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
1.4 - In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will advise you of this as soon as possible.
1.5 - Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
1.6 - When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
1.7 - Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods.
1.8 - We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.
1.9 - Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly shown where applicable and included at checkout.
1.10 - Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

1.13 - Only one Discount Code can be used per transaction. For discount codes that offer a free item it is the cheapest item free. For discount codes that offer a percentage discount this only applies to the cost of goods and not postage.

This is a UK based charity (no.1185739), who collect donations of brand new pyjamas, from the public, which are then donated to Hospitals, Hospice’s and Women’s refuges up and down the country.
