SHIPPING POLICY
Once you have entered your postcode if you live within the free local delivery area (Barrow in Furness, Dalton and Ulverston) you can select local delivery at checkout.
Outside of this area we offer free postal delivery to all UK and Isle of Man addresses through Evri on orders over £25.

If your order is not eligible for free delivery you will be offered postage.

All Postage is sent using Evri 2-4day Tracked.
Prices for delivery to Northern Ireland and Isle of Man as as follows.

Currently we only support deliveries to UK including Northern Ireland addresses and Isle of Man.
Order before 5:00pm (Mon - Fri) and we'll dispatched to Evri the same day so you get it as quickly as possible!
WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
We can only apologise for any delay in delivery of goods, we like other businesses are reliant upon the courier to deliver within the timescales estimated. Occasionally delays do happen and when they do we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When the item is dispatched you will be provided with the Evri tracking number.
We can only see the same information as the customer on the tracking information.
If the you have not received your parcel after 7 working days from receiving your tracking number please contact us via info@karenspyjamas.co.uk so we can ask Evri to investigate. Please note this email is not monitored at weekends so please allow time for a response.
Any lost parcels reported to Evri for them to look into, at this point we will be able to issue a refund or send out replacements if still in stock.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We can only accept items returned to us if notified within 30 days from the date your order was dispatched. (note the period is extended to 45 days for orders between the 20th November Until 10th December to allow for those purchasing presents early).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Some items are not returnable due to hygiene reasons and this will be stated on the website.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@karenspyjamas.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The items are your responsibility until they reach us; therefore, it is advisable to use a tracked delivery service or First Class post, with a proof of postage.
As soon as we receive your return we will process your exchange/refund request straight away and send you an email to confirm it's been done. We process all returns on the day they are received back to us so we can be as efficient as possible for you. If a discount was applied to your order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.
DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@karenspyjamas.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
