FAQ

  • What is your delivery cut off time?
    If you place your order by 5.00pm (GMT) Monday-Friday we will dispatch your order on THE SAME DAY. Orders placed after 5.00pm will not be despatched until the next working day.
  • Something from my order is missing/damaged/incorrect - what do I do?
    If you're unlucky enough to receive a damaged or incorrect item or you're missing something from your order we're really sorry for the error. Please send us an e-mail or live chat us and we will try and resolve your issue pronto.
  • Is it available in my size?
    We are limited to sizes for each item by the brands and supply from the different manufactures we use. Use the size or age filter to see what we currently have in stock in the size required. Note some sizes sell out faster than others, if you see a product that you like and it is not available in your size, please send us a message and let us know. We will do our best to try and inform you if and when it is available in that size.
  • Do you have a store I can visit?
    No, we are an online only retailer. Occassionally we may attend local community event to promote our range. These are advertised on through our Facebook page.
  • Where is my order?
    Your order is taken to the Evri Drop off Point on the same day if ordering before 5pm, or the next business day if ordering after 5pm or at weekends. You will then be provided with the Evri tracking number. We can only see the same information as the customer on the tracking information. Evri indicate within 2-4 Days we ask that you allow 7 days to pass before contacting us. If a the parcel has not arrived by within the time estimated by the Evri, please get in touch. We are always happy to help with any queries you may have and can investigate any delays for you right away. (Please note our email is not monitored at weekends so please allow time for us to investigate and respond).
